I have managed to upgrade from 5.0.1089.2 to 5.62.3126.2 with the help of TPM20_5.0.1089.2_to_TPM20_5.62.3126.2.BIN but I can not update to the latest!

I need, TPM20_5.62.3126.2_to_TPM20_5.63.3353.0.BIN same TPM20_x.xx.xxx..2 problem here for me either. I have looked with a hex editor, to modify .BIN file but can not identify hidden 2 files in the .BIN file.
