I have the same problem. I successfully upgraded from TPM20_5.0.1089.2 to TPM20_5.62.3126.2. Now I’m not sure if I should try to somehow use TPM20_5.62.3126.0_to_TPM20_5.63.3353.0.BIN to get to 5.63. Did you manage to do that?
